Registration Fee:  $175 per person
Registration includes: class fees, three meals, and one music packet!

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
If fees are received on or before August 1, 2010
registration is $150 per person.

Registration checks can be made payable to: CMMWC
Only church checks or money orders will be accepted.

All fees and registration forms are due on or before September 15, 2010
No onsite registration.
