CMMWC FAQ

1.  What should I wear?

      We recommend that you wear casual, comfortable clothing. We're here to WORK!

2.  What should I bring?

      You should bring a tape recorder and a friend!  One person can not cover the entire conference!  If you would like to purchase additional materials from the composers and instructors--sheet music, tapes, CDs, videos, etc., you may want to bring a little extra change!

3.  Will transportation be provided from the airport to the hotel?

     No, but the Hilton Garden Inn has a free shuttle from the airport.  Look for the courtesy phone.

4.  Will transportation be provided to the Friday and Saturday sessions?

      Yes, we will provide transportation from the Hilton Garden Inn to the conference locations. Also, transportation will be provided from the hotel to the 11:30am worship on Sunday, for those who wish to attend.

5.  I work with our choir, but I am not a choir director.  Is there something there for me?

      Yes!  Even though you may not be a director, you could learn things that will enable you to understand what the ministry of a children's and youth choir should look like.  This will  help you better define how you fit into this ministry, and hopefully, this conference will provide ideas of other things you can do to assist and support your choir.

6.  Will personal checks be accepted?

      No. Please pay your registration fee by church check or money order only.

7.  What is included in the registration fee?

      The registration fee includes class fees, conference book, name tag, three meals, and one new music packet.
